Prepping for your appointment and aftercare:

We want your lashes to last as long as possible, follow these instructions to make sure you get the best wear out of your lovely lashes.

Before your appointment:

  • Stop wearing waterproof mascara three days prior to your appointment. Waterproof mascara will leave a residue that prevents the glue from adhering.
  • Shower before your appointment and come with no eye makeup on. It is necessary that you have clean lashes for us to work on.
  • Do not put oils, eye creams or any lotion near your eyes.
  • Make sure to tell your lash artist of any known allergies you are aware of.
  • Do not have caffeine the day of your appointment.
  • Use the restroom.

During your appointment:

  • Keep your eyes closed.
  • Let us know if you experience any burning or itching.
  • Relax.

After your appointment:

  • Do not get your lashes wet for 24 hours.
  • Stay away from heat and steam for the first 24 hours.
  • Use your lash wand to gently brush through your lashes daily.
  • Use a silk pillowcase and do not sleep on your face.
  • Do not use mascara.
  • Please do not touch or pick your lashes.


  • Please arrive to your appointment at the scheduled time, late appointments will have to be rescheduled. Appointments later than 10 mins will have to be rescheduled and charge a $25 rescheduling fee.
  • We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, appointments canceled within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee. Any appointments canceled with in 3 hours of the appointment or no showed will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
  • Please arrive with no makeup and clean face.
  • To qualify for the re-fill rate you must have 50% of your lash extensions remaining. For re-fills schedule 4 weeks out you must have 30% of lashes remaining. If we can count the extensions, 1-15, that will be considered a fullest and you will have to be rescheduled for a full-set.
  • We love your fur babies but please No pets are allowed at our studio.
  • We love your kids but children are not allowed during appointments due to liability reasons. Thank you for understanding.
  • Please do not hesitate to reschedule if you are unable to find a sitter. We will understand!
